Hi, and thank you for being here! My name's Leya and I'm a natural dyer, creative and proud solo mama of one.

I live in the South East of England, in a small cathedral town nestled in the lush countryside. I'm very lucky to have woods, fields and rivers neaby, and take inspiration from the nature I'm surrounded by, color, textiles, and simple pleasures; the art of slow, seasonal living.

Although I have a background in teaching, my career has also extended into retail visual merchandising and styling. My many artistic and lifestyle passions - fashion, sustainability, gardening and growing, weaving, photography, interior design- led me to begin my foray into botanical dyeing, which I have grown into my own fibre dyeing small business, selling mainly botanically dyed knitting and crafting yarns. I am currently working on adding offerings for the home and self.
